Our tune-up; one time inspection/cleaning is $199.00 plus HST per piece of equipment, but we pride ourselves in being a maintenance minded company. We offer realistic low-cost service/maintenance plans to protect your home comfort equipment against unnecessary repairs.

WE CARE - INCH PLAN MEMBERSHIP

This membership is on one or multi pieces of equipment (Furnace and/or Air conditioner and/or Heat Pump and/or Tankless Water Heater and/or Gas Fireplace) and the plan includes:

Preferential 24-hour priority service – if the need ever arises
15% discount on all repairs
10% discount on replacements
Reduced overtime charges for service calls
Lower diagnostic fees on service visits
Trusted service from a company you already know and rely on
Complimentary annual inspection – includes full cleaning, adjustments, and lubrication of all components
Appointments must be scheduled by the customer
